Miral BStaff was very helpful, truck was average clean However only one thing bothered me they should let customers know about different economically packages for a truck rental example, if we rent a truck for a whole day what what packages do they offered to get unlimited mileage etc

vishaldeep bDavid was great to work with. I would recommend that the customer (especially the first time user with u-haul) be advised that a text with a link will be sent so pictures of the rental vehicle can be uploaded to u-haul BEFORE leaving the lot. Another important factor would be to advise the customer that pick-up and drop off time must correspond to avoid being charged an extra day. I was charged for the extra day as I was unaware of the importance of the time. The trailer was in very good condition and we had no issues.
