The online presence only indicates T&T at 157 Saratoga, and when one arrives at 20 Delaware, it just looks like an abandoned building. On top of that, we were not given the lockbox code and spent literally hours on the phone with Uhaul customer service in the pouring rain. This was the worst customer experience of my entire life.
