I do not feel mileage was accurate they were told would be less than 60 miles we probably drove it less than 35 miles Location was very busy so don’t believe or see actual miles on receipt
CHRISTOPHER PTerrible customer service at drop off location, customer service representative was rude from the time I walked into the time I walked out. Backstory is I have been dispatched into the U-Haul.(it was a one-way.) and had completed the before you go link. I had taken all my photos of the truck and submitted them onto the U-Haul link, but after doing so I had realized the corner cap of the truck was damaged. I had gone back into the employee at the U-Haul dealer and he had said to take a picture of it and that they would look at the timestamp of the picture I had taken when returning the truck and I would be all set. However, when I got to U-Haul, that was not the case, the lady was extremely rude, saying that I hadn’t completed my damage photos or the link in which, then I had explained that I had completed the link, but had realized the damage after the fact of submitting the photos. The lady continuously was rude throughout the whole process arguing with me, however, the employee she was screaming at to go” check in my truck” remain very professional and actually suggested that they wait to check in the truck until tomorrow when the assistant manager was there as I had offered to come back the next day to sort it out. I had also tried calling the U-Haul dealer I had gotten the truck from but had no luck as the phone wouldn’t even ring and the call kept hanging up. However, my experience with picking up the truck wasn’t the greatest and dropping off the truck was absolutely terrible, I just really can’t believe that they would have someone like that being the face of their company as a “customer service representative” as a customer I would much rather be greeted with her. How can we help you instead of a why are you over here go to the guy outside so he can check his truck in. Overall, just terrible experience, to top it off when I had left the place they told me they were going to check the truck in the next day but they had checked it in shortly after I left, I had called to confirm the check-in in the Lady was nice on the phone lol funny how things change once the call is recorded. U-Haul on Mystic Valley Parkway really needs to get some better customer service.

ANTHONY BI called U-Haul to rent a trailer from very large U-Haul dealership we have close by in town. I was later notified that I needed to pick up my trailer at a location approximately 20 minutes away from my home when we return the trailer to the location we had originally agreed to drop it off at it was accepted. We then received a phone call saying that we needed to come back and pick up the trailer and bring it to the location 20 minutes away or would be charged a large fee that was not the agreement we made when I scheduled this rental, nor was, I told that when they changed the pick up location. If everything about my rental agreement was going to be changed. Someone should’ve contacted me by phone and told me all of the details ahead of time so that I could’ve made an informed decision.
GEORGE WTires on drivers side only had 14 lbs of air. When I loaded car I discovered it and had to go to 2 places to find air. In Massachusetts they charge for air. Tires should’ve been properly inflated when picked up, very disappointed.

WILLIAM CI asked for truck return in Bourne MA, and learned that they'd assigned me to East Wareham, which was very inconvenient. U Haul truck was very good equipment. All the people I spoke with were very nice and wanted to be helpful, but I think they're used to U Haul itself being a horrible system that is unreliable at best. If they didn't have a near monopoly in this business I'd never use them again!!!!!!!!

MICHELLE GYou totally screwed me on this rental. I was sent to a location that had no trailer and then redirected to a location an hour away. The screwup cost me two hours and 100 miles that I hadn’t planned on. The small reduction in cost didn’t come close to covering the inconvenience.

Frederick HOverall, the 15 foot truck I rented was in good condition. It could have been cleaned out (cabin area) better though. There was trash on the floor and some sticky residue left on the dash from previous renter.

ANDREA BReserved truck on thurs for Saturday. Even went in person to the center. On set morning truck was not available . Would not be available till 7:00 pm. Was offered a larger truck at more money. Finely negotiated a better milage rate . Truck was clean. But needed front end work... Later When I returned truck I mentioned a bad headlight and loose front end. The attendant was only concerned about headlight.

CHRISTOPHER FI was told that if I returned the rental a day early then I would be credited for the early return. I ask at both the pick up and drop off times. Never was I told that I had to have the vehicle back by a certain time to get the one day credit. Because I returned the van later in the day then the time when I picked it up, I was told by a district manager that there is nothing he can do and I have to pay the full price, even though the van was back at least 15 hours earlier than what my reservation was. This is horrible customer service and it's very misleading to the consumer. I would like to have some compensation for the misinformation and credit my for the 15 hours I didn't have use of the van because I returned it early. I will look elsewhere for any other rental needs in the future if I don't have positive resolution to this matter.
JANE CNo problems with location problem I have is with U-Haul I rented at aubushan hardware in carver U-Haul transferred to another place in Wareham to insure was available an hour before pickup they called to advise customer was late and truck wasn’t going to be available to about 3 1/2 hours after my original pick up time but we could rent from another place so with no discount or anything I had to go further away
JASON NThis was a horrible experience. It took my over 1.5 hours to get my truck. The truck I reserved a week ago wasn't available. The location I picked which was convenient wasn't able to get me any truck because the app wouldn't work. I was transferred to another location out of my way and the app still didn't work .

Pamela CThe location was great, and the staff was very helpful to me. I must say, though, that online reservation and mobile app pick up service was a disaster. The online reservation allowed it to be booked as non-mobile pick up. However, this location only offers mobile pick up, which meant it took nearly an hour online with customer service to straighten this out and receive my rented vehicle. based on this experience, I will not be using online reservations or mobile pick up in the future.
