The directions are not clear where the pick up key lock box is. I had to go into the station and ask and it’s supposed to be all done online. The app says it’s on the shell building but it’s actually on the dumpster boxes

Ibriham NA little tricky with the mobile pickup. Had to call customer service to get the app to work. Once that was sorted the process worked and off we went for the few hours we needed the van to pick some stuff up. Van was perfect for the task.
Sarah FSeats full of dog hair- and the app wasn’t working for picture uploads at all. Only way to talk to someone was through chat in app. Then the key lock wouldn’t open had to call someone for that. Overall not a great experience
