App did not work for pickup. Reservation was different than what was confirmed to us in email. Truck had 1/4 tank of gas. Pickup took longer than expected because we had to call into uhaul and then to find out we had to get gas before we could start our day was a downfall to our busy day. Drop off was not where we had asked at time of reservation. Had to make another call to find a place to accept drop off. When dropped off people at the shop were “questionable”. I never got confirmation that the truck had been checked back in and when I did look it up it showed the truck was not checked in till 830 the next morning. We dropped the truck off before 1 pm on the 8th. The app showed 8:30 on the 9th. Will think twice before renting from uhaul again. The truck was fair condition at best. I was thankful for a family member following me because the truck acted like it would not start each time we shut it off. Sounded like a weak battery.

Equipment paid for not in truck and still charged for dolley and furniture dolley. Had to go to another location to get 1 dolley. Charged for missing equipment on top of it. Worst Uhaul experience ever and I've moved 10 times

I have one issue and I'm not sure who to blame. I rented the truck at 2pm and it should have been due until 2pm. the text I got said it was do back at 130pm.

Everything was great up until we turned our trailer in on a Sunday at 11:00 am. Until we recieved a scary email that said we were going to be charged for extra days if we didn't turn our trailer in.

I called the office to set up an after hours pickup. They did it properly. However when I showed up at 5:00 AM the following day the system would not work properly. It took me 45 minutes to try to resolve the issue after which I gave up and entered a new order. Not the best in class experience I was looking for. Please review your online system.

This is annoying. TCB was find, and I can only review THEM.. but not my ORIGINAL pick up location. El Dorado Springs Rods and Rides location is an absolute time wasting JOKE> they need reviewed. I will NEVER rent there again, even though I am likely to rent again very soon. I will definitely let friends, family and everyone know they are worthless to try to book through.
