When I called on Monday to reserve a truck for Saturday I was advised to reserve online or call back later because they were busy. I did make an online reservation for Saturday 10am pickup as the office was open from 9am to 1pm The office was closed when i arrived at 10am even though the posted hours stated they were open. I called the number on the door and got"yeah, we are closed today, your reservation was transferred to another location " Obviously I was not aware of that which is why I was calling this man. When I get to next location "I don't have any transferred reservations and I don't even have a 10' truck" This lady calls someone and then tells me my reservation was changed to 24 hour self pick-up and explains the process. I go back to 1st location and attempt to retrieve the key from the lockbox only to receive message "your reservation cannot be transferred to 24 hour pick-up " 8 minutes of holding and 2 phone calls to U-haul later, I finally got the key.

I was unable to perform the mobile drop off at this unmanned location, and called the office in Johnson County, Kansas to let them know that I was returning the vehicle. I've received a receipt today, but I expect a Uhaul representative to contact me as soon as possible.

Charged for the dolly I rented but it was not in the vehicle. When I called to report this to TCB Towing and see if I can come get one they informed me that it was U-Haul‘s fault and not theirs, so I was charged for a dolly that I didn't get to use and was not offered any assistance .

Air conditioning went out halfway to Anniston Alabama cost me $60 to get freeon put in. The car dolly info was half tore off and I wasn't told that you were not to back it up with a car on. Called for assistance was told they didn't cover

Friendly, efficient, and professional. No downside to this rental location. One thing that could be helpful would be to get the time options corrected on the u-haul site. It only allowed up to a 4:45 pm pickup, but a phone call was all it took to meet our time pickup availability. It was a good experience.

The location I was instructed to return the trailer too wasn't open anymore, had been moved across town a while ago and it wasn't listed as a drop off location. New location was excellent

Rates are too expensive for an 3 hour haul. I called uhaul 8times before I could get a key to the truck. I've used uhaul 10-12 times over the last 6years. NEVER AGAIN!

Take the time to remove the ice from the windshield and make sure the doors are not frozen shut before the customer comes to pick it up. Make sure the reservation is for the date the client requested, not a day earlier.
