Caleb answered all of my questions, checked out our towing equipment before setting it up with the trailer, and hitched it up to our car. The equipment was in good condition, and the trip towing it to Jacksonville, FL was flawless.

Amy SReturned vehicle no gate code was provided for after hour. Attendant was rude. Communication was lacking. We spent an hour trying to return this vehicle and now it’s dead!! Won’t start. What a mess! Left it by gate. Put key in return box. Disaster! Better Business Bureau call. Paid full price and received 1/2 the service. Come on U-Haul get it together!

DAVID EThe last couple of times I rented from this store had me concerned about the ability of the truck to not break down. Steering very loose on trucks. Last time I rented, the truck acted as though it would not start and/or stall. Truck was clean overall. Check-in process is not easy. Office hours are not normal. Closes at 2 PM.
