Poor advance warring that I was to pick up truck at different location. I had to drive 1 hour (30 miles)to that location and then drive back passing the original location that was just blocks from my home. I do understand logistics and can see having to go to different location but that's to far away and was called that morning as I was at the original pickup location parking lot. Improved logistics!!!!! advanced warring....BENJAMIN H.

Probably not the fault of the owner of the location but my trailer had significant deflated tires for the load / gross of the trailer. Also, every uhual dealer should have towing accesories if they rent trailers. Maybe not everything but at least 2" hitches and light adapters.James B.

I used google maps to find the location, and there is a truck out front with the name on it. But otherwise, it was hard to know that the location was there. I live in the same small town, and had no idea it was there.Kim C.

There was only 1 guy in the facility. It took over an hour and a half to receive my equipment, that is after my husband and I had to hook up our own equipment while the guy stood and watched cause he said he couldn't drive the truck. I then did not get a contract or receipt for my transaction. I had to call the local U- haul representative (who's name is Judy.) She was amazing and super helpful.Kimberly F.
The owner took a phone call while I was in her store, keeping me waiting , it was a personal call and I was there 30 or more minutes. Today I returned the vehicle, told the owner lady the mileage, said she would have to check for herself, grabbed a couple of things came back in about 40 minutes, I'm the only customer in her store, she comes in on the phone getting an insurance quote on her daughters vehicle , kept we waiting another 15 minutes while she decided to wait on starting the insurance policy, meaning I waited for an hour for her to talk insurance on a vehicle she didn't purchase . She looks up and tells me I'm good to go there are no other charges. I said mam I didn't use the hundred miles I was charged for . She goes back out to the truck gets something and comes back in on the phone again. She then shows me that the 163.00 they had authorized was not the final bill and she has me sign a document for 144.00 and I look down and the turn in mileage was wrong . What a rude arrogant owner, so unprofessional both times I was in her store, and I was the only customer in the store both days. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I can't believe I put up with such poor customer service. Appalled . I'll never darken that doorstep again.frederic S.

To tell the truth he just put down his many days he thought we would need never ask us we thought if we turned it in early we would get a discount for turning in 2 day's early But guess what we did not was told no return in early discount but I bet as soon as our back was turn he rented the truck out made double the money I do not think that is the way to do your customers. If I had know that I would have keep them truck at the house since I had already paid for it. Know one told us we would not get a refund for early turn in . So know I would not give a thumbs upJASON C.
