I would ask that in the future make it a little more clear about where to park and where the office specifically is for this U-Haul station. If you could place signage pointing to U-Haul office and U-Haul parking may help for future renters. This was only a minor problem this time for me since I had already used this location for a previous drop, but during this drop I wasn't entirely sure that I was in the correct location. Otherwise, this is a great location for renting and dropping rental equipment since it is very close to vacation homes in the area. I will be using this particular site in the future.

Rental trucks are rental trucks. What is the difference between a truck the size you want being around town only or open road? Why must a customer who wants a certain size be made to move to another location without being told until the last minute when they arrive at a facility?

I was charged an additional $47.88 after my original charge of 147.08 because they said i used 185 miles i feel this is not accurate i called and was still charged after i spoke with them i feel that it should have been one charge not two different charges

I made my reservation earlier in the week for Friday and 2 days before my pick up, my date was changed. Then my reservation pick up location was changed the day before. Highly frustrating to make a reservation and then have it changed twice! You could improve your website so that when someone makes a reservation, if it's not available it will say so and explain why so that the person can plan accordingly! This was my worst experience with Uhaul! Highly frustrating!

Add tongue jacks to the larger units. They are too heavy to lift by hand.

When I arrived, the U-haul app said that the key was located in the sunvisor of the truck but it was not. I had to spend 25 minutes chatting with people on the app and on the phone in order to obtain a code to the lock on the back of the truck where the key was hidden. In the future, I would ensure the customer has access to the codes they need ahead of time so that this delay does not occur.

The Va. rentals were confusing with the transaction going thru an agent that controlled the area and he was on vacation. The Union Hall location took too long and the Gretna location took WAY TOO LONG!!! The salesperson was uninformed about the process and charged me twice the amount listed on the website for a vehicle hauler. The Ga.drop off location in St. Marys was Battens Appliances and we're well informed, friendly and professional in every way, making the end of our trip very pleasant.

Picking up the truck took almost an hour. The person wasn't in the building and I had to wait for him to call back. Then, once he finally called, the person in the office stopped helping me 3 times to take phone calls and ignore me. Very poor customer service. Also, I think U-Haul should ask if a location for pick-up is acceptable, before changing from your requested location. traveling 30 miles to get the truck I had to have was not enjoyable.

I swept up a pile of debris from box. Windows dirty. First truck I was offered for my 900 mile trip had a failed muffler. The noise was bad enough, but I also believe it's a safety issue (Exhaust CO poisoning). The UHaul district guy who managed the rental said it wasn't a problem! Luckily, there was another truck and he let me have that one.
