Probably a bit better communication between the Orlando, FL office and the Bunnell location. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 10am and the gal there knew nothing about it. Her boss was gone but returned at about noon. It wasn't the end of the world, but it prevented loading the truck for 2 hours.

Sketchy location. Next to a bar. Keys were left under the seat and U-haul left us no instructions after they changed our original location to this place. Doesn't feel safe.

You have it listed as Small Mart at 610 N State St, it’s actually a tax place at 604. I had no idea that I was getting a self checkout. I specifically looked for a place open, but this place was closed. Calling in to figure out what was happening I was hung up on twice, transferred 3x, called back once, and had to explain my situation several times before someone realized it was a self checkout and could help me.

Back of truck was dirty. Front cab had food crumbs all over he said there was 3/4 tank of gas was only a half you guy charged me to fill it up really... It cost me twenty dollars exact to fill it up from half in the get go.. So how did u get 38

It was the stores first rental so, the clerk had to do everything over the phone and it was a lengthy delay we were not expecting.

I really like how this location is close to Fort Leavenworth and it is easy to drive on and off the lot. My only complaint is the owner does not follow the hours posted in his window.

I made my reservation online in which I also purchase packing material. However, I was subsequently called and told my pickup location had been changed because of availability. Yet, there was no consideration of my additional purchase, for the new location did not have items. Rather I was told that I would have to go to the other location to pick up my packing materials. I was highly dissatisfied with how I was treated by the service center with the change. Please not that the local agent was unaware of the circumstances and was otherwise great.

I asked to pick up UHaul in Tonganoxie, KS and I had to go to Leavenworth, KS to pick it up. The location is located in a tight area; difficult to manuver out of. Especially when you are not familiar with the area.

The blankets I requested were not available, the gentelman in Leavenworth removed them from my bill.The truck blew out outer left rear tire while driving to my destination under load. I noticed later while unpacking that this blown out tire also blew out a portion of the interior truck metal decking exploding into the cargo area. Ruined a bookcase and some yard ornaments.

the trailer was rescheduled to be picked up at Parkville, MO. When I called the number to find out what the issue was, I did not have my contract with me. The woman on the phone was rude and blamed me for not having the information. I was totally appalled that you have a customer service rep that is so blantely rude. She should be fired and give the job to someone that really needs one. Call Parkville, Mo number and tell the person that answers it you don't have the contract #!!

The owner got mad because another location (that did not have any u-huals available) reserved the one at his location. He told me that it is a one-way truck only. I told him i had reservations from the Eisenhower location. He said "I wish those people would stay the fuck out of my business". I don't feel this was appropriate what so ever. If i was not in dire need for a moving truck, i would have left and visited a competitor of yours. This was horrible service and wish i could get my $50 back.

The gentleman was extremely kind, efficient and helpful. He even stayed open late on Saturday to accomodate our afternoon arrival and drive from the Kansas City International airport. We are appreciative of his excellent service. The equipment was well-maintained, easy to drive and comfortable. A very good experinece all around.

My issue not with location -- but with difficulty in using U-haul software. Order had to be reentered by location personnel several times. Also,I had to drive the 90-mile round trip to pick up equipment. Unit had a soft tire on pickup but at home two tires OK, one tire 9 PSI, one tire 11 PSI. Much difficulty in contacting U-haul (inescapeable phone tree) but finally able to get a live body usinf persistent 0 # dailing sequence. Ended up taking trailer to center in St Joseph where using my jack and 4-way wrench we put two new tires on trailer. One tire completely worn, the other had a nail in it. Noted at the same time St Joe had the 6 x 12 trailer available for the same period which would have eliminated a 90-mile round trip on pickup/return but on-line system showed none available in St Joseph and local number puts you right back into the inescapeable phone tree . . . . . . .

Original agreement was to pick up trailer at St.Joseph, Mo. Had to drive additional 45 miles to pick up.Received advisory of the change the evening before pickup but had expected telephone call and did not check the e-mail. Was advised of change when we arrived at St. Joseph. Still do not know why the change-causing us to drive 90 miles round trip to Leavenworth and back.

When I arrived to drop the trailer off the shop personnel had closed the office and went to lunch. I was instructed by the U-haul customer service representative on the telephone to just leave the trailer on the premises and the shop personnel would process it as returned when they reopened the shop.

The Gentleman that was there when I returned my U-HAUL was very courteous. I had a problem with the dolly, it kept snapping back when I attempted to cinch it (come to find out the bar was bent on that particular dolly) and he was very understanding and worked with me as best he could. I would DEFINATELY reccomend him. He was very professional but also very inviting. I'm glad you have him as part of your operation. Next time I move I WILL be returning to that location.

I found the the right front tire was toed in and my brother said that a bushing was worn out. It made the trailer sway under certian conditions at 45 mph and up. The person maintaining the trailer may not have known, but with over 1,600 miles with trailer I noticed it and it did affect the handling of the truck during a snow storm and rain showers and on gravel roads. I reported it when I droped the trailer off. The trailer was clean when I picked it up.

It would have been nice to have the truck in Atchison, since that is where I was suppose to be renting it from. You knew way ahead of time that I wanted it in Atchison, not Leavenworth.
