We have been storing our RV for over 5 seasons with Taylor Parkway storage. Being US "SnowBirds", we normally start the storage in November and then pick up our RV end of April. They have always been very attentive and the facility is well kept. We feel our RV is safe with them and will continue to use them.

Outstanding experience above any other Uhaul location we have used. This has not been our 1st time using their location. Excellent pick up, not so for the return. Customer service at return explains how Ryder, enterprise, and Penske will eventually push uhaul out of this space. The two ladies at uhaul Farragut, Tennessee started off well until they informed me that the distance between Green Cove Springs, FL to Farragut, Tennessee was significantly more than the mileage driven and their fuel level did NOT match what was rented. I arrived at GCS, FL and started to pick up a truck and trailer. At the last moment, she changed the truck due to one of them needing service. I believe the truck switch caused this confusion, but even after explaining it to your staff, they simply didn’t care to hear about it. The most professional thing they said to me was “we’ll just email you your receipt”. I said, “that I hate this, but I’ll have to post this online for your reviews on all of the primaries like Facebook and google”. I do believe that this is the kind of lack of personal attention or simply common sense should have taken over to compare the two. Even though the price I’m being charged is almost non-existent, as a previous EVP of branding, I feel that it’s worth posting on all of the major seo and social sites for notice to future sales that the mileage and fuel needs to be explicitly monitored and recorded to assure that uhaul doesn’t do this to anyone else.

The truck with filthy and had trash in it from previous rental. The back and cab was disgusting.

We ordered a 20’ truck in advance and they did not have any available. We would have to drive over an hour to another location to pick up one. We had made arrangements for help and we would have to pay an additional two hours for this service!

I did not receive pads please refund my money there was hardly any gas I dropped it off so at a different location to save gas. they. I did not see any employee at all. No one explain that there would be extra charges. I Called and left messages that I did not get pads and gas was on half a tank. I called for help I did not get no call back

Truck was well maintained and exterior was clean. Interior needed a bit of cleaning. Windshield, dash, and cupholder arm rest needed ro be cleaned, which i did before starring my trip.

Just a heads up the lock box wasn't locked to get the keys and thankfully so, because the wrong key was in our assigned box and we were able to retrieve the correct key from the other unlocked box.

I reserved a 10’ truck on 7/27/24 for use on 8/3/24. After getting the location within the pick-up time frame and checking in, I was met with “No truck has been assigned to your reservation.” So I called and asked what was going on, and the service agent proceeded to tell me that the truck I reserved, a week and a half ago, had been down due to “service issues”. I didn’t get any notification AT ALL. No call, no e-mail, no text. Nothing. I didn’t find out until the day I showed up. Well, the other option was to take a van that was there. At this point I had already left because I had been on hold for a while and I had furniture to move. I stopped back at the U-Haul place to pick up the key for the van. Well, I was sent the code for lock box one, and I open the lock box and there was NOT a key. At this point, it’s well past my reservation time and I’m about just ready to call it quits. I call the service line and explain the situation and she says that she’ll give me the code for lock box two. At this point I’ve already left, loaded stuff up, and am headed back to my new place. I told her I’d be there in about 10 minutes to check box 2. I get there, I check the box, there is the key. However, I scheduled the truck for 8:00am and while I had some car issues that prevented me from getting to U-Haul on time, I still arrived within the allotted hour time slot. I did not get anything until 11:00am. I got charged full price for a truck I proactively scheduled well in advanced, a van that I didn’t schedule at all with absolutely zero notification that the truck I ordered wasn’t available, and for having to continuously ask for the correct information to even receive a key due to the lack of this location’s preparedness.

This location was great, however U-Haul themselves was terrible, my original location that I picked(specifically for the location I needed) was changed 6 days out, I spoke with someone and agreed to new location. Then few days later I get a 1 ring phone call, followed by a confirmation email changing it again, this time 30 mins away in the wrong direction that I needed. I called and the guy who answered was not very professional and I changed to this location. My original order was also for furniture pads which when we arrived to pick up the trailer they didn’t have any. Very frustrating to deal with during a stressful time of moving. I did call to complain though not sure that it went anyway.

Put wrong truck out forcing me to search back lot for the right truck as the center was closed on a Saturday? Then tried to charge me for gas when I refilled the tank before returning.

Gate was periodically inoperable. Facility is not very secure since the adjacent construction company gate is left wide open so often. We left because we moved to N Jax. No other reason.

Stored several things with them for a couple of years (RV, trailers, trucks, jeeps). Never had any issues whatsoever. Lot is very safe and very clean. Staff was very communicative and always available when needed. Very friendly and helpful staff! Would not hesitate to use again.
