El Dorado Springs Rods and Rides location is an absolute time wasting JOKE> they need reviewed. I will NEVER rent there again, even though I am likely to rent again very soon. I will definitely let friends, family and everyone know they are worthless to try to book through.

The trailer lights would not work even after changing the adapter out with our own adapter. Online I could not get a "pickup" for any time but 12:30. When I got TCB Towing they were on lunch from 12-1. We were needing the trailer for Operation Christmas Child and had to load it by 1 and be in Joplin (1 hour away) by 2. Obviously we did not make it on time. The online site needs to coincide with what the actual company with the trailers is doing.

Tow trucks making drop offs could potentially block customers from picking up their uhaul immediately, causing a 5-10 minute delay, due to the location of the trucks and their drop off point for tows.
