If you go here, you will interact directly with the owner who deeply cares about his business and customer satisfaction. He is very accommodating, respectful, and courteous. It was such a refreshing experience renting a U-Haul here. I have been to other U-Haul rental facilities where the employees would prefer for the customers to use mobile apps to check in and out equipment and there is absolutely no customer service. Mr. Edwards provided exceptional service especially since I had to reschedule to reservation a couple of times due to my apartment not being ready to occupy. He looked after me and ensured I ended up with the right size rental. He is polite, courteous and professional.lani K.

The operator was very nice and helpful, but the equipment was very poor. The engine and transmission were strong, but the suspension was absolutely worn out. I consider this equipment to be dangerous to operate. If you continue to use this truck without a major upgrade to the suspension, you are opening yourselves up to a law suit if the suspension fails completely.John S.
