We had numerous problems that set us back 1/2 day. We were sent to two separate locations that were fairly far from our house. A sent us to B and we were told that neither place had the 26' truck. I called the Millville place and the regional manager had to get involved. It turned out the 2nd place had the truck & didn't know it. So a 2nd trip back had to be made. The truck was awful.DANIEL S.

How in the hell the truck is rented for almost 20 dollars then they get you on the mileage when you also return it back on a full tank. I only put a little over 18 dollars back in for fuel. I feel that uhaul companies are a rip off. At the end I paid a little over 240 dollars not including gas and I only had the truck for almost 5 hours. Never again! I'll put my child's bedroom set on my back first before I rent ever again.Tameka R.

The milage was incorrect in the truck along with the gas. They knew about the gas but disagree about the mileage. I had tracked it on my car for business purposes but they wouldn't accept that as proof. I did not take a picture going out and didn't think I had too she had already told me about the gas so i assumed they had things correct. I ended up paying for 30 miles more than my actual trip.patricia M.

I picked Glassboro as a pickup location. On the way to Glassboro, I was informed that the pickup location had been changed to Millville at a time where the store would be closed. 20 minutes on the phone with customer service provided no help for me.Jason B.

The location was great and had no issues with the gentleman who helped me. However, I did have an issue with my experience calling 1-800-GO-UHAUL. I went to a location (not the one i picked up from) and asked about information on renting a uhaul. I was given the information and was told to contact 1-800-GO-UHAUL to rent my uhaul. I called the number and the lady on the phone appeared that she did not enjoy her job at all. I was having a difficult time choosing between Friday or Saturday because of the time of pick up and my busy schedule. When I apologized since she kept stating she had to â€œgo back to Fridayâ€ or Saturday in a rude tone, she responded with â€œIt's fineâ€ in a very unpleasant tone. I was told that they had availability for the location I requested and the time I requested. I was sent a confirmation then I received a phone call the day after stating that they had no uhauls available for the day I chose for the location but I could pick a different location. I asked about still being charged the $1.79 per mile because I was confirmed with a place and time of pick up that is now off route, and she responded â€œWell, its only 4 miles extra.â€ I'm sorry but 4 miles extra is a lot seeing as I also have to put gas into the uhaul after using it, paying $14 for there insurance, an after hours fee, plus time taken off of work to move and paying movers to move my things... so 4 miles extra does make the slightest bit of difference. The location I picked up from was great, I had no issues at all. The gentleman was very clear on instructions and how the uhaul process works for pick up, drop off, mileage, gas, etc. He let me know all confirmations being sent to me and who to contact for any issues with the rental.Alexandra R.

The staff at Teps was courteous and helpful. I wish there had been a trailer closer to me in Cape May, NJ, but this was close to car that I bought so it worked out well. The only problem was that I had to return it to Millville, approximately 40 miles from home. It was a very nice car hauler!carl B.
