Initial location did not have materials. Called customer service and was told to drive 40 minutes the opposite direction. Was not compensated for reservation or additional mileage. Was charged for cleaning and extra mileage when the truck was not unkempt and only driven from pick up to houses then drop off. Horrible customer service at Columbus. 10/10 would not recommend U-HAUL again. This level of incompetence has convinced us to continue using a friend network for moving materials. Unprofessional employees and a removed company help staff. Danny Tineo was the only decent human being that helped us and listened.Samuel R.

I returned U-Haul Monday around 4pm. Some reason they didn't check it in until Tuesday at 1:54. And when I text y'all you do nothing. When I call location U-Haul people not there and store person doesn't speak English and doesn't do U-Haul. This is unacceptableDavid W.

Over charged me for gas and wasn't even going far apartment and storage was 5 min from this location the lady was rude to my fiancÃ© and I want a refund did not give me any equipment I paid for though I won't be using you all again and I'm definitely going to get in touch with a manager about my experience and Refund had to move a washer dryer table heavy duty and didn't even give me any equipment I made the reservation on the 27th lady was highly disrespectful and acted as if she couldn't take my fiancÃ© card the first time for the uhaul period and then charged him for gasAmya C.

I requested blankets...there were none...i requested a dolly..had none..staff at convenience store made me wait ...telling me..it takes a long time for you...let these ppl go ahead of u...so she let everyone that came in for the next 20 minutes go ahead of me...if I had been notified there were no blankets or dolly...i could have stopped...a mess...would never recommend this place to anyoneDonna J.

This was not my original pick up location, i was supposed to pick up in fultondale but they called me 5 minutes prior to the pick up time to let me know the truck was no longer available, i was forced to take a later truck several hours later much further away. This cost me time, money, and completely ruined my moving daybill W.
Only 1/4 tank of gas, no blankets, and took over a hour for the employee to get the contract completed. Then we had to go to 800 3rd Ave N to get the trailer. When we got 4 blocks away from this site, the trailer separates from the truck. I called the last office and reported it. No harm was done and we continued after my brother reattached the trailer. He has a boat and was familiar with such!!!! We arrived at first place at 0900 , got to second place at 1030 and was not on the road to our destination until 11:15. RidiculousRhonda D.
I understand computer issues 100%, as I work in retail. The reason we will not be back is because of the woman who works at this location. We were reprimanded for not brining in the mileage and gas level and she did nothing but complain and act as if we were a nuisance. She kept telling me that they were a drop off not a rental. If you were solely a drop off then your location should NOT be an option to pick up.cecilia M.
Took 45 minutes to checkout even though I secured online a week in advance. The female cashier did not know how to access the uhaul information, told me to check out on my phone, and helped other customers while I stood there waiting to pick up my reserved uhaul. She made me late for my appointment with movers in which I had to pay. Would never recommend, awful experience!Alea O.

Pretty sure the lady running this doesn't actually know how to use technology, had to take the pads/dollys off the truck and roll them through this gas station grocery store to a sketchy back room for her before she would let us go. Check engine light was on in the truck. (Notified the attendant before taking truck) Moving blanket bag was empty (called UHaul to avoid charges for items I did not take) Truck had dents and dings that weren't identified upon pickup. Truck ran fine and did the job. Truck was clean in cab and trailer. Attendants were kind and efficient. Just procedural concerns that I was afraid were going to leave me liable for issues with the truck that had not been identified before It was rented to me. Overall pleased with experience. I used this location because the Moody, AL location at Crossroads Motors didn't show up for over an hour. I didn't make a reservation at Moody because a 3rd party was to pay. No issues with the place or rental other than the back of the truck and the cab had dried mud inside. I ended up having to clean it out before loading all the furniture for my move. It was all dry so it was a simple sweep out but I shouldn't of had to do that.Thomas L.
