Although the system was running extremely slow. Atul and Roger handled it well. I didn't mind the wait because the guys were so cool and managed the busy atmosphere with ease.

Gary GLocation was good, their ability to be on time ,available and apologetic when they were over 20 mins late to open. Nope. I'd give 1 star for that alone. Uhaul had to actually call the owner to find out why this place was closed, when they clearly stated they open at 9. By the way, the lead guy, parked in the only available handicapped parking space. So yeah, was not happy.

Claudia NThe 6x12 trailer we rented was clean but one of the tires was significantly worn. The wear bars were showing. I ended up having the treads come off but did not actually go flat The roadside service provider was quick to respond and change the tire. He inspected the other three which were much newer and fine

BENNY GATUL was very helpful and our experience was good. Rented two trucks. Both in excellent shape. Th ramp on the 26 ft was too short for the size of the truck. Made the decent deep and dangerous. But service was excellent.

KRISTINA EI had to use Uhaul at Homosassa Texaco food mart on Grover Cleveland Blvd twice this weekend. This time locally. Atul and his brother Roger are so easy to work with. Pick up and drop off so easy. Large selection of trucks and trailers. Highly recommended.

Tonya LIt may be helpful to explain the fees. I filled the tank to where it was when I picked it up and still got charged a fee of $12 for EZ fuel. I am not sure what that is. This is the first time I have rented a truck on my own and did not realize I was charged per mile. This is totally my fault, but it may be helpful to explain to new customers. Thank you for your kind and friendly service. Our family has used you several times and we appreciate your kindness. Thank you.

Natalee RAzulk and Roger did an excellent job when I checked in the trailer, he even came outside leaving customers in the store to show me whre he wanted me to leave the trailer. Then he had it all checked in and I had my receipt within the hour after dropping it off. It was a seamless experience and I was completely satisfied with the exchange.
Kenneth MI have rented U-Hauls from this location since 2015. It has always been quick and easy. The employees are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and trailers as well. I will continue to use this location for those reasons.

tiana hI want to share that Atul and Roger have been amazing in helping me to rent trailers for furniture pickup the last two days. I had help connecting and they were both friendly and patient. They also had a great selection to choose from.
Jaclyn CThese guys were great. They made it a very simple return and there was plenty of room to drop the trailer off without stressing about backing in and that kind of thing. I'd come back to these guys to pick up or drop-off without a second thought. And they had every size truck and trailer on their lot so getting what you need isn't an issue with these guys.
