These guys were great. They made it a very simple return and there was plenty of room to drop the trailer off without stressing about backing in and that kind of thing. I'd come back to these guys to pick up or drop-off without a second thought. And they had every size truck and trailer on their lot so getting what you need isn't an issue with these guys.

STEVE OIt was older trailer not that it wasn’t clean. It made quite a bit of noise. The operators were very good.
Judith KService was fast, they had the dolly that we needed on hand and I was able to rent it in person since I couldn't locate an option to rent it online at the same time as the truck. We were able to return the truck in 6hrs(same day) and Roger ensured we received an immediate refund as well as reimbursement for the miles that we overestimated. Will rent again from him when we need to move our stuff out of storage
Aaron CAtul is always there when I need him. His customer service is impeccable, always friendly , respectful and ready to help at any given time. I would recommend his service to as many people possible. I will always keep coming back for great customer service, perfect equipment all type and sizes for every job. He just recently called me out just last night. My Motorcycle chain broke on my way home, i was way to far to push my bike and I wasn't going to wait 7-8 for road side assistance like I have in the pass. I text Atul and he called me right away. He waited for me while mm wide was on her way to pick me up. We got to his dealership as he patiently waited for us. I was able to rent the perfect trailer for my 2019 Suzuki gsxr 750 worth over 18k. Ronnie MRude and cunniving best describes the personnel at the drop off location that insisted I had brought the truck back with less fuel than it had. When I showed him where he was wrong, he blew dirt in my direction with a hand operated blower while “cleaning” the floor floor and then slammed the door shut. NOT a good look for U-Haul.

Amanda HAs an older woman, I like to be treated kindly and respectfully, and that is how I felt during this experience. Renting a truck / trailer is usually an activity enjoyed by men. I do it out of necessity, and I am not good at parking a trailer. Nevertheless, the owner is very smart but he was kind and helpful towards my need for assistance. He did not make fun of me but instead he made me feel appreciated. The location has good, paved driveways, it is kept clean and organized.

Dave MI have rented from this location a few times. Vehicles are clean and maintained. Service was prompt and friendly. They have a large selection of vehicles and trailers to meet your needs and are very accommodating. I only wish we were able rent a trailer hitch or the correct size ball for our hitch in order to tow the trailer. Since we did not have the correct ball size we opted to rent a 15' truck, which worked out well and they were able to accommodate the change on site.
