This location is simply the best I’ve ever seen. The 2 gentlemen that run it are professional, attentive, efficient and understanding. I’ve used them 5 times in the last 6 mo. Plenty of trucks and trailers. Highly recommended.

Robert WThe service at my Grover Cleveland, Homosassa, Fl location was excellent. The 26 foot truck, fully loaded was able to handle the hills with ease on my 1500 mile move. The only problem I had was a very small hole at the front that cause one box to get wet and there was water intrusion at the very rear pull down door. 8 packing blankets got soaked but did not damage as the blankets were on a well sealed bed headboard. It had rained an entire day!

MARVIN LWas the worst experience I could deal with. I expected uhaul to be an easy moving experience and it was the complete opposite. On the initial pick up the truck given to me was the wrong size based on store pick up location and yet I was still changed for the stores mistake.

Gary GLocation was good, their ability to be on time ,available and apologetic when they were over 20 mins late to open. Nope. I'd give 1 star for that alone. Uhaul had to actually call the owner to find out why this place was closed, when they clearly stated they open at 9. By the way, the lead guy, parked in the only available handicapped parking space. So yeah, was not happy.
