The experience was great I was taken care of quickly and everything went fast and easy this location was one of the fastest pickups and drop offs I have ever experienced with amazing customer service and with clear explanation of when to bring back and fueling would definitely recommend to a friend

As an older woman, I like to be treated kindly and respectfully, and that is how I felt during this experience. Renting a truck / trailer is usually an activity enjoyed by men. I do it out of necessity, and I am not good at parking a trailer. Nevertheless, the owner is very smart but he was kind and helpful towards my need for assistance. He did not make fun of me but instead he made me feel appreciated. The location has good, paved driveways, it is kept clean and organized.

I have rented from this location a few times. Vehicles are clean and maintained. Service was prompt and friendly. They have a large selection of vehicles and trailers to meet your needs and are very accommodating. I only wish we were able rent a trailer hitch or the correct size ball for our hitch in order to tow the trailer. Since we did not have the correct ball size we opted to rent a 15' truck, which worked out well and they were able to accommodate the change on site.

Nothing I can think of. The service and equipment has been consistently in good working order and staff very attentive. My son and I frequently rent from this location and this was not my first time using this location and certainly not the last. They always have a wide selection of vehicles and trailers compared to other locations in a 10 mile radius. I can't think of any thing that needs improving at this time.

This is my favorite pick up/drop off location in Homosassa, FL. The owner is always helpful, knowledgeable, and offers quick service. This location is also well stocked with plenty of hauling options. I highly recommend this location.
