Be upfront about availability not being guaranteed. Live 40 minutes from nearest uhaul location but ended up having to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes because no availability. Would not have been as upset but was not warned at all. Then uhaul had my wrong number so I had to call and wait on hold and be transferred to different people. Not impressed with how the situation was handled but needed a trailer..Russell S.

I needed furniture pads. I reserved them on line. This location does not carry them. So why did you send me to this location. Went to another uhaul location. They said all their pads had been reserved. They had pads on the shelf, but would not turn them into rental pads.Steven H.

I was upset that the blankets i ordered were not in the truck and forgot to leave the lock from the back of the truck. There should be instructions in the app to leave the lock prior to taking the truck. The front of the truck was a mess (bugs mostly) to include the windshield. There also is no cruise control on this truck, which made the 1200 trip miserable.Steve G.
