The visit started off well enough. The lady that helped me was very kind and got me on my way quickly. There was also a gentleman sitting at the front eating his breakfast and was angry they messed up his order which was a bit off putting. That belongs in the breakroom, not at the front desk where customers check in. After that it only got bad. The van had somebody's gum wrappers and trash in the cab, which I made an extra stop to throw away. When I was returning the van, I stopped to put gas back into it. I put well over what I used just to be generous and what do I get? An $11 charge on my bill saying not enough gas was put it in. Not only was enough put in, MORE than enough was put in. This is an extremely shady practice and to be honest, comes off as a scam. I was first tempted to contact BBB but instead, let it go and just decided I will never use this service again and certainly will not be recommending it to anyone.John K.

The personnel at this location are helpful snd courteous. However, the enclosed trailer I rented was dirty on the inside. It appeared that the previous renter hauled rusty car parts or something similar. Even though I swept out the trailer, the luggage and gear I hauled cane out with a rusty red dust all over them and ruined the luggage and a couple bike seats snd grips I was hauling. The people at this location were nice and friendly. The drop-off of my vehicle was quick and smooth. I did have to wait an hour for a ride after returning the vehicle (which is not U-Haul's fault of course) but there was no place for me to sit while I waited. The facility was nothing to brag about. The inside of the van had debris from previous use that had not been swept out. I had a miserable time at pick up. It was after hours so I was relegated to using the App. When it came time to locate the vehicle the vehicle number supplied to me looked like a license plate number. I could not find a plate number to match. I called and waited on hold for several minutes outside and it was very cold and windy. Finally someone pickup up the line didn't say a word and hung up. So, then I had to call back and wait some more. I concurrently received a text message stating someone would call me. That never happened. At some point my check-in was cleared and I had to start all over. The App wanted me to provide an alternate phone number for myself so i gave it my office number. Then it wanted to call/text someone to verify who I was so, I gave the name of my employee and the office number again but, it didn't allow me to use the same number for both. This added to an already frustrating experience. I finally figured out on my own that the vehicle number was printed on the bumper. Then I was able to get my vehicle. The entire process took close to an hour. This is far too long under ideal circumstances and then when you live in a cold weather climate it becomes unacceptable! It would be nice if you could begin the process a head of time. If this is already a possibility then it should be communicated somewhere--and maybe even recommended.Curtis C.

I would recommend this location for the service. Jean answered my questions when I called and was very efficient and friendly and vehicle pick up and drop off. The truck had a left over coffee cup and some garbage in the beverage holder. Truck tire was extremely low and happy uhaul rep filled it right before I left. I had requested a truck but the lady called me before my scheduled pickup time to tell me no one was there to shovel off the 9â€ (or so) of snow in the bed. She asked if she could change my reservation to a van. Of course this worked out for me, but just something to keep in mind. Also, I had to dig the van out of some ice because it was stuck and the wheels kept spinning. Again, not a big deal but I guess that's what I get for trying to pickup a moving van in 10 degree weather. All in all, it was convenient and my task was completed successfully.Jason S.

The lady who works here is very kind and sweet. We had a conversation about the printer ink being very pricey. The location looked a little shady at first and could use more parking, but overall I was 10/10 happy with the customer service and experience. The reservation process is broken. I reserved a truck on line at a different location. I received a confirmation but the truck was not reserved. we rented a truck for moving and once we started out on our journey the heat in the truck did not work. it was 35 degrees out side and we froze on our 1 hour journey to help our daughter move. I complained at the location and nothing was done. I was told too bad take it up with corporate. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card for the poor customer service and poor maintenance of the vehicles,Anthony A.

Above and beyond is what they did at that shop. I have no funds and they helped me with the best deals. God bless them. They were very friendly. I wish other businesses around did the same. I even heard the gentleman behind the desk work with others on the phone *********************************** thats how many stars that I felt they deserved. I rented a truck that back door wont open due to door being glued to floor because of floor was painted. I called the UHaul location and I was told that I can try with a screwdriver to open it or call the road service. Lost an hour of my time opening that door. Unexpected.Davor P.

Move the blankets and cart from passenger side in the back to the side with the gas tank. Why have things in the way on both sides. That is such a pain in the ASS. Also before the driver pulls away with the truck it should be MANDATORY that U-Haul helps the driver with the passenger mirror. DO NOT LET PEOPLE DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT HELPING CHECK IT. Get driver in seat and make sure passenger mirror is good.Tony R.
