I am being bill twice for this . On my account there are two transactions same amount of money two different days. I only rented the truck for one day! You need to get more customer service reps so the customer doesn't have an hour wait hold time to talk to a live person.Evelyn H.

Change my reservation 4 times, they loss keys of my truck, double charge me , dirty nasty equipment, hours on the phone waiting and bad services , complete nightmare.Christian H.
We've used U-Haul on several occasions. All went well this time until returning the vehicle. The remote return location was unmarked with any U-Haul identification. It was a corner general store. The attendant was totally ignorant of check-in procedures. It took two hours to make sure we were credited with a documented and satisfactory return of the truck. Based on this experience on returning a truck, I'd never use U-Haul again. There are alternatives! U-Haul must be more selective in choosing return operators and locations. Attendants must be trained. It's sad to have such a bad experience after so many positive experiences.RONALD L.
