Was initially supposed to pick up 20ft box truck in Monroe, Saturday Morning at 7:00am, but had a lot of problems reaching out to service to get truck, had no luck, very upsetting. We were lucky the place in Goshen was available, we had to settle on 15ft box truck vs 20ft box truck, a lot of extra running around that was unnecessary. You need to provide you customers meeting Saturday service.PAUL D.

Tow dolly was not safe to be rented. The bracket for the emergency cable was badly bent impeding safe operation. I was told that it was not a problem and could use it. While driving it to pick up my car to tow, I thought better of it and went to New Windsor U Haul dealer with dolly. They told me it was not safe to use and gave me one of their local use dollies even though I was taking it to Virginia. The staff at the New Windsor location were awesome. I would not recommend Goshen location to anyone.James K.

The experience here was horrible, I continually use uhaul equipment on a consistent basis but this was my absolute worst experience. I waited over an hour trying to get my equipment as the owner continually had problems with the uhaul program. None of this review reflected on him personally but rather the program and the support he recieved.Lawrence F.
All information for dropping off was given after the fact the truck was due back by 3 and I had dropped it off at 2 the person at the Valero jusy took my keys and told me someone else would be by to give me a virtual receipt...it wasn't until I was left a message at 250 that I was aware of the virtual drop off information so I had to drive back and fill out all of the paperwork/photos hoping I don't get charged extra. Wish the personnel was more helpful with the process seeing as it was my first time ever doing it. Though the trunk was clean I wish the drop off location information was given prior to 250 on a Sunday.Daniel T.

This location charged me $1 per mile where normally uhaul charges 0.39 cent per mile after you drive over 100 miles. I run a business and this surcharge costed me loses. I'd never rent from this location again or refer anyoneAngel R.

I was told there was no truck at the location that I rented from and was told someone would call me with a location where one was available. No one ever called me. Hours later and multiple calls I find out my reservation has been switched to another location. The place said even though people had reservations it was first come first serve and people with reservations were still rejected.Elan B.

THE ADDRESS YOU SENT ME VIA TEXT MESSAGE WAS "WRONG"!!!!!! The correct address is 2520 NOT 2516!!!!!! GPS sent us 20 minutes east!!!!! YOU MUST CORRECT AND UPDATE THE ADDRESS!!!!! Same story as above the manager of the Valero was also quite petite and could eject the ball from the trailer he called a coworker to help him and the three of us were unable to get the hitch off the ball there was also no jack at that location either then the had to send me to another dealer on the other side of town When I get there the employee behind the desk said that he could not help me because I was suppose to bring it to the Valero location ! I told him they had sent me over to him because the could not get the hitch off the ball then he told me that there was going g to Be an extra charge for that ! Ridiculous! I demand a full refund for the in conveniences and the in aptitude of your staff and equipmentkarthyn T.

The truck had cigarette ashes. It was filthy. The blankets in the back were just thrown in there. The dolly was rolling around the back of the truck. The truck had 86,000 miles on it. Try somewhere elseJACOBHAINES K.

After I return the trailer I was double charged we had to spend few hours on hold with U-Haul for our second charge to be refunded back to us, stay away from this place the person in there does not know what he's doing.DANO U.

This is by far the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. The customer service was not organized at all. I was told to go to one place and rent the uhaul, upon my 45 minute drive there it was closed. I then called uhaul and they stated it was a self check out. So I attempted to do it online and come to find out I was not able to hook up the dolly myself. So I was then prompted to drive anoth 45 min to a different uhaul to get a bigger truck than what I needed because that was all they had. This was over the course of 4-5 hours I then called uhaul and asked if I can drop of the car dolly at a different location and they said it was okay. I never got a new contract and no body was tracking. I've been using uhaul for a little over 10 years. And most likely will never use it again. Overall it was a terrible experience.JAMES S.
