Have used this location multiple times & will continue to whenever it is available for my needs. The bookstore owner is always friendly & helpful with hooking up the uhual trailer & everything is always ready for us when we arrive. 5 stars!

The young man who helped us was great. He made sure that our truck would be powerful enough to haul my daughter's car. He took us step by step on how to secure the tow dolly to our truck, and how to secure her car onto the dolly. He was polite and knowledgeable. Get location! We will definitely be back if we ever have to haul anything again.

UHaul oved my location to pick up my truck 2 times. When I got to the final location they did not have the appliance dolly that I had reserved. I had to call around to other locations to find the dolly. There was no help offered to find the dolly by the Crazy Book Lady.

The day before I was to pick up our 20 foot Uhaul, I was notified that the location I made my reservation at- which was a mile from my house- did not have the truck size I wanted and I had to drive 30 MINUTES out of my way to to Acworth to pick up a 20 foot truck. I had made that reservation at the location near my house (Old Hwy 41 in Kennesaw) over a month in advance. There was absolutely NO REASON why I should have been inconvenienced in this way. You all had plenty of opportunity to get my truck ready at the location I originally chose. This is, of course, not the fault of the Acworth location in any way, and the lady helping me check out there was very polite and knowledgeable. and got us on our way quickly.

Rachel strap wheel tie downs were in need of service. Safety chains need to be more universal. Other than that unit preformed lime a champ.

The van was very dirty covered in dirt and pet hair. Took me two hours to clean it .i drove it through a car wash twice . I sent pictures to cooperate with no response.

The check in process took a bit of time.

The check-in process at return of the rental was confusing and inadequate. The store clerk was busy with another customer, so check-in process was not completed by the store clerk. The rental equipment was clean on the inside, but not well maintained on the outside.

The inside of the truck looked like someone moved a construction site. The floor was cover in dirt. I swept it out but it was still dirty and dusty so I had lay my own blankets down to keep my stuff from getting dirty.

Took me a while to get verified at 8am - you needed to call another contact - and this could have been done in advance if I had known about it. A ‘Get ready for your rental’ email 48 hours out would have been really helpful.

The truck is no good to old and have hard bake and wells

The inside of the cargo van looked like it was 10 years old, but it only had 28,000 miles. The lack of cleanliness was not the fault of this location. I had a good experience at this location.

Amazing service from the lady that did the rental . She went above and beyond what she had to do with a great attitude and great customer service. Just an amazing experience with this location and the lady running it . Oh and go check all the books great selection and service !!
