This is not a reflection on the location, but the app was NOT working right when I went to pick up the truck. I was taking pictures and they would not save. I had good service in the location so that was not an issue. I ended up having to call customer service. They helped me and also made note that the dolly to move furniture was not strapped in and we did not rent that, so I did not want to be changed for it. I was also upset that the local location did not have a truck and i had to drive 20 miles in the opposite direction of my move to get one, costing us more money. Great customer service would have been if they moved the truck to the local location for me. While i do appreciate the $10 discount, the mileage cost me way more than planned.

Karen SFirst time renting from uhaul. Overall good experience. Only negatives on 5x9 ramp motorcycle trailer: 1. No jack, so you have to unload trailer before you unhook from truck 2. No way to lock coupler on trailer to prevent theft

Pamela TUsing the $19.95 truck as example it's best to have at least 2 of those trucks especially when 1 gets damaged. I had to use the truck with 15 foot bed at a higher price that I couldn't afford ORRRRRRR in this case when a person aka me wants a smaller truck and N/A then I should pay the small truck price on the next size up that's available!!!!!!

Also I was never told if I would be reimbursed one day because I turned it in one day earlier than I rented it for it was a local rental.
