Nobody warned me about the $1.09 per mile charges. Representative on the phone made no mention. Representative in person made no mention. Representative in person had me sign for a charge of approx $100.00. Final was $215.00. Truck cab stank inside.Douglas V.

A little too much emphasis on how to park returned trailer, ie. distance from adjacent trailer, straightness and distance from curb .....otherwise there would be added charges. Did not contribute to a positive rental experience. This occurred during pick up....return was with another individual and was fine. Likely try another location next time. The local contact was fine. The truck must get about 5 mpg as we put in 11 gallons & drove about 70 miles. The moving crew contacted through Uhaul was a disaster. They were untrained in packing a truck to protect furniture. They also left early leaving senior citizens with a loaded truck with no options to extend time.Sally B.

The Last time I rented from the South side of wichita I paid 80 cents a mile so when I rented from the west side I did not know till after the fact that it was 1.09 a mile. No consistency. My fault for not looking but felt like it was slipped in .Michael C.

The equipment could use a little lubrication on the ratchet strap mechanism. Other than that, the equipment was great. The biggest problem was with the "Return of equipment" online. There is signage available which says go to Uhaul.com and do the return. The app has glitches, once you can find the proper place to "click" and get the process started. The take a picture showing the item is back is also a joke. I was lucky, I parked the equipment near a business sign, but others may have a fun time being able to do so. Having to turn on and off all kinds of settings to go along with Uhaul's nonsense, is just that, nonsense. Use time stamps on video at store to ensure item was returned. Again, loved checking out and use of equipment, but the time spent on the phone to check in was the poops!!Roy B.

I personally don't think you can improve this location where i picked up a trailer.. the location where i picked up the truck ,however like the return location for the equipment was excellent in all respects and would recommend it to anyone.Tom P.

Arrived at 7am to pick up truck as I had scheduled and paid for. Due to failure and poor customer service on behalf of Uhaul I sat waiting for nearly an hour before I could access the keys to the truck I rented and paid to have for five hours. At 8:00 I was finally able to access they keys, due to Uhaul's inefficiency I lost an hour of time that I should of had the truck. I lost an hour that I paid for and fully expect management to be contacting me to properly refund me.Edward O.

The inside had not been cleaned, and truck was oldjack B.
People were kind but truck was not staged when I arrivedat my appointment time and I was not notified that this was the case before arrival. The cab had trash from the last renter and the truck had not been swept. The equipment I had ordered was not in the truck and the wrong key was left in the lock box. When I called customer service the lady who answered was helpful and did a good job trying to find a solution. The key in the box was for a truck on the premises and was offered to me but the passenger drive tire had a gash in it and was not safe to drive. I had to come back later to pick up my rental truck and the truck was still not staged or cleaned. I came back to drop off my rental and was quoted a price far above the estimate online due to being charged a late fee and for a second day even though I only had the truck for 8 hours and I was told the schedule had been changed for the truck not being ready. This experience was not what I expected and my plan for moving today was shifted and forced me to rush through my day. I am overall disappointed with this experience and will consider using other services in the future.Even R.

We signed up for the 24 hour self pick up but when we arrived at the Uhaul office we ended up having to check in with the front desk. The agent modified our pickup time because we were not there to pick it up right at 8:30. This process slowed us down quite a bit. We were expecting it to be easier and quicker.Jay D.
