Very frustrated and disappointed with the service. When I got to the location to retrieve the truck, the lockbox was malfunction, and I was unable to get the key for the van. I was on the phone with three different representatives. I was offered to go to another location to get a truck. Because of time constraint, Idid not take the offer . I was offered a cargo van that was parked next to the truck in place of what I had reserved. Because I didn’t have a choice I had to go ahead and take the cargo van. Additionally, I had ordered three dollies but I was told they didn’t have it. I was not made aware of it ahead of time. The check in and check out assist over the phone was good.
