The truck was not left at the location that it was intended to be. I had to call customer service and drive around for 45 minutes to locate it. I ordered furniture pads to be included but they were missing from the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnce again, the location has nothing to do with the drop off company. The location is a storage unit and they told me that they have nothing to do with the UHAUL person that operates there. Their phone number listed did not work. I tried to call multiple times and it says it was disconnected. They did not respond to any emails. I did a mobile check out and left my truck there and there was no lockbox to put the key so I had to leave it unlocked above the visor. I called UHAUL to check it out to cover my own butt.
Paul MVery frustrated and disappointed with the service. When I got to the location to retrieve the truck, the lockbox was malfunction, and I was unable to get the key for the van. I was on the phone with three different representatives. I was offered to go to another location to get a truck. Because of time constraint, Idid not take the offer . I was offered a cargo van that was parked next to the truck in place of what I had reserved. Because I didn’t have a choice I had to go ahead and take the cargo van. Additionally, I had ordered three dollies but I was told they didn’t have it. I was not made aware of it ahead of time. The check in and check out assist over the phone was good.
