The Cabin was not clean, the appliances dolly was not provided but I was charged for it. My dispute was not recognized. The app told me I would be contacted in 48h I was NOT contacted. The Furniture Dooley was locked in the trunk and blankets I didn't ask took up space in the truck. The app also took over 20 minutes to approve me when I tried to pick up the truck.Merlin E.

Many many problems (Mailbox Store and U-Haul)... Be sure to schedule correct date of service. I had to schedule this one truck three times. U-Haul should check the connections between the email communication accounts and the U-Haul app as they do not work together. U-Haul has to improve the customer service as well - I stood outside of the business after 10:00pm attempting to access my key box code. A customer service representative barely allowed me to state the issue before saying, "Hold on.' She never returned. I had to wait until the next morning for business hours before I could attempt to catch up with time-sensitive plans. This whole situation was unacceptable.ESTHER S.

The passenger mirror was taped on, can send pictures if you like. Was the only 10' truck they had. They said it was a loose screw. There was a quarter size chunk of the bracket missing under the tape. The mirror kept getting lower and lower while driving, just took the tape off and drove without the mirror.JAMES C.

Steering wheel was going oppisite direction of wherka the 1 hour and 35 minute trip with abs light on and traction light on the whole time number they gave for drop off was wrong . Question . My amount paid was for two days . It was picked and up and dropped off in one day . Why no remimbursment for difference ?shannon J.
On pickup, the person didn't want to help me adjust to driving the truck and wanted me to pull through their very small paying lot. I did my best, but hit a parked cat while trying to navigate a tight turn. He remained inside and wouldn't help me at all. Said he just rented them!Caroline A.

Truck fuel tank was not full - on pickup it was at approximately 3/4 full, resulting in me filling it up for U-Haul. At pickup, one vent for A/C in cab had been pushed in and reversed- I fixed that for U-haul before return. Gas tank cap â€œlanyardâ€ was detached and screw was stripped. I fixed.that prior to return as well. Basically, I'm saying full check in if this truck had not been accomplished prior due to these issues.Scott M.
