Everyone @ the store was helpful and courteous. I feel confident with the skills they had about using UHaul rentals. However, the tow dolly we got did not have a second chain for both tires. It all turned out fine but we were nervous about it and had to check the car and straps often since we were traveling 2000 miles. I think that should be a priority check BEFORE picking up the rental. I would advise doing that for your renters going forward.

The pickup requires the app usage and the app requires more info and ID that I was not aware of upon showing up. This needs to be told to users BEFORE they show up so they can bring the required info/IDs needed.

My step-father almost hurt himself very badly because the trailer started to roll when he finally unhooked it, and it pulled him off balance. David E.I think the UHaul app and after hours process need work. We dropped off our truck well within the 24-hours rental period, but were charged for 2 days apparently because we picked it up on Saturday and dropped off on Sunday morning. We were able to work with The Mail Box Store staff to process a refund for the 2nd day, but it was a hassle and directly related to the after hours drop off process.
jeff R.Find out if your customers need the trucks with a hitch or do they need the pull out ramp before leasing the trucks out. Once the customer returns the truck do not complete the service by checking in the truck while they are there. Don't send customers away with out a receipt telling them they will get a final email
