The truck was clean inside as far as not being messy. But smelled of smoke. The dash/cup holder had some sticky spots on it. As far as maintenance the steering felt really loose. The truck ran and started fine.chris B.

The truck was very jerkie. It drove like the emergency break was on or there was a suspension problem. It made the whole truck bounce around. I only had to go a very short distance but if I had to drive it cross country, I would have taken it back. I've driven trucks this size before and this mechanical issue was a first.sara B.

The company should make sure when you rent a truck to a person it should be road worthy. The truck I got had a exhaust leak and was very noisy! It's a shame to pay money for a sub standard piece of equipment.Michael P.
I placed and order at one location for a 9am pickup. I received a call at 7:45am day of pickup saying truck not available at location. New location was 4 miles away which: 1. Delayed my start time to move 2. The customer support person was very friendly and tried her best to get me on the road. Unfortunately, the key to the truck was locked in the truck, which is how it is supposed to be. The problem was the combo lock on the truck. We both tried every combination possible. It took an hour to finally get it open. There was no other truck available. So, the customer support person persevered until the lock finally opened. I was given the truck for an extra day to compensate me for the trouble.Barbara T.

Top notch service with no monkey business!! The 20' truck was first class, and all went smoothly. Highly recommend this location. Note: Google does not show its location accurately, but it is not hard to find. Coming from Hwy 49 onto Westinghouse Blvd. heading towards I-77 bridge, look to left just before bridge and you can see some U-Haul trucks. The main office is further around corner from trucks.randy E.
My only issue was that my truck was on empty (34 miles left) when I picked it up. I didn't have far to go, but I spent the whole drive back from my house to the gas station on the way to drop off fearing I was going to run out of gas on the side of the road. Otherwise, all was good!Jessica G.

The specific location was great, but the reservation process and talking with customer service before arrival was horrible. When I made my reservation online it stated that I was to get 280 miles, but when I got the confirmation email it only quoted 240. When I attempted to chat through the website I waited over 10 minutes for a response and then they immediately closed the chat without helping me. I then proceeded to call customer service and they didn't not help, we ended up getting disconnected during my calll. When I arrived the location was out of furniture pads. It would have been nice to know that they didn't have pads and all of the other stores in the area were out as well before I arrived since my reservation included them. The guy at the location was very apologetic and gave me some extra miles for the inconvenience, but this it poor planning on the Uhaul scheduling department.Steven B.

Location has no visibility from main roadway -- only clue was trucks parked in view; office not well marked. 10-footer I used did not seem to have air conditioning in working order -- only blew ambient air. Truck was clean, well marked for previous dings; staff was welcoming and congenial.george M.

I have called several times, nobody calls me back, I was told the manager would contact me, and he did not. I was told originally that if I return the truck early I would not be charged for the long weekend, I only used it for one day and left it where they told me, and was still charge for the whole weekend.
