Invoice was wrong, billed for gas even though we put fuel in, overbilled for mileage because the owner had the wrong starting mileage. We have before and after photos, so I will be following up. But ripping people off should not be a business model, and it’s the same every time with U-Haul.

Being on the phone with u-haul for an hour because of the lock they put on i could not open the back door because of it and i been transferred 4 time and on hold each time they need to use a better system to do this im 60 year old woman and don't have the strength to tuck and pull my thumb was bruised from trying to open that lock and the people on the phone were rude and they made me feel like im an idiot I did not appreciate that at all especially because it was such a waste of my time time that I didn't have to waste. But the young man at the Modern locksmith location was so nice and helped me get that lock of thank you young man I didn't get your name but I will for ever be thankful to you. To the rest of u-haul this was the last time I will ever rent from you that's how bad my experience was.
Manuela BMy ordered furniture pads but I didn’t receive them and the U-Haul location on Elmwood didn’t open as advertised. This made me late and endangered my furniture during the move. I sustained scratches and chips on a table because I didn’t have the pads.

Alan CCould use better uHaul signage. I placed the keys in the wrong dropbox before spotting the designated uHaul box around back as I was leaving. But I immediately notified uHaul through the app's chat feature and it all worked out fine.

Lanneau WThe truck was not a very comfortable ride. Every bump felt like I was driving it off road. There was also a ton of win noise when driving on the highway I could barely hear the radio. Also when driving at highway speeds the A/C would occasionally stop working

David JI checked to see if modern locksmith would be open at 5 o’clock on the evening of the 23rd and they were. Apparently, they closed early on Christmas Eve eve. We were there before five and it was completely empty.
Susan JI don't like using the drop box I prefer too drop truck 🚒🚒 off in person during business hours but other than that everything else is good 👍👍
