This was a very poor experience. The original pick up location was Olney, Il. On the evening prior to pick up, the location was changed to Flora, Il. This added 60 miles to the trip on moving day, plus extra fuel, plus a scramble to find someone to drive over to Flora at the last minute. The vehicle was locked, the owner could not figure out your system which caused an extra 1-hour delay. You had a 1-2 week advance reservation. I've used U-haul in the distant past but cannot recommend the company anymore.
John NI was charged 89.00 rental charge. when I only had it from Sat 11:30am to Sunday 7:30pm. Price was 29.00 per day
ANTHONY TNobody is usually at this drop off point. Return box is easily located. Lot was full, hard to park this time, but other times has been easy.
