Great service with a clean truck. Excellent experience. Also a shout out to Move It Storage on Rodd Field, they did not have a truck available but quickly found me a truck 5 mins away and completed my reservation! Excellent experience from beginning to end! Thank you!

Driver side seatbelt was OOC.i sat on the clasp of the seatbelt ala 1977 to keep from getting pulled over. Other than that, the truck was great.

The cup holders were coated in sticky goop. They steering wheel was sticky as well. The overall smell inside the cab was not pleasant.

The transaction took an hour due to the system, which took longer than it did to move our single couch. I was charged 3 times and had to visit a website to fix my transactions because uhaul stated it was “out of our hands and you now have to deal with the website and your personal bank”. Whenever we entered the vehicle there were ashes all on the dash board and cigarettes boxes in the passenger doors. The sales representative had amazing customer service even though she herself had to contact the uhual customer service 4 times.

I have a few photos of a literal smudge of shit on the inside of a 10’ truck, in the cargo hold. I will be contacting UHaul tomorrow in reference to this disgusting occurrence.

My reservation was made at the store off SPID and when I showed up to pick up my truck I was told that I needed to go to another store. I explained that I had been dropped off and had no other transportation to go to the other store. The staff did nothing to try and help. They told me when I got to the Holly store to let them know I was unhappy. I made my appointment at one store and it was moved to another and I was never notified. Poor service from all parties involved.

verify all requested furniture pads are available at pick up location. I had to go to another uhaul location and pick up furniture pads requested on reservation confirmation and transport them to pickup location myself.

The holly location was well managed. But the online reservation was below average. It didn't advise me that my pick up location had changed. Also when arriving at my pick up location I was advised that I didn't have a truck because previous renter was not returning truck on time. Then I was told I had to go farther than I wanted to get another truck. Long story short I ended up back where I originally wanted to be. Better communication and achedualing needs to be taught.

The A/C was not working at the time of pickup and was verified by the gentleman at the pickup location. I was told that I would get a discount! It was 100 degrees and moving without AC was ridiculous.

Make sure you get a receipt when returning the truck. I was charged for over 5 gallons of fuel two days after I returned the truck, which I used for only 12 miles and returned with the same amount of fuel as I received it.
