When I made the reservation I made it at a location near my home because of time. When I went to pick up the UHAUL I was directed to another location. I was them directed to a third location. I was 3 hours behind. I was told later that the location I chose to drop it off when i made the reservation was closed and I had to drop it off at another town. I am now being charged $101.00 extra because of a late fee and the extra milage. When I dropped it off I was unable to get on the link that was sent to me.

App would not work for check-in. Called number and gentelman on other side as able to get us checked-in. Steering wheel looked like someone had spit all over it.
