The lock was broken and took us 45 minutes to get open. The UPS store is understaffed and poorly trained. When we finally were able to speak with the only staff member there she didn't care that the lock was broken and just put it back out.

Peter MThe UPS clerk was very professional and the check-in process went smoothly. The truck was in fairly good condition. We returned the truck after hours on the UPS app, which was a little time-consuming due to answering questions and taking pictures of the inside and outside of the truck. It was a fairly easy process though and we would recommend renting a U-Haul. The final cost is MUCH more than you are expected to believe when you first reserve the truck though.
Corinne ALocation was central and easy to get to. However, the equipment I had booked (furniture dolly) was not in the truck so I had to go into the store and ask them to provide it for me. Phone app also did not work for taking photos of the truck pre-rental.
