We left the van with the deposit filled up slightly above the 7/8th mark, which is slightly higher than we received it. The person at the shop didn't want to inspect the van, then later on charged us 40 dollars claiming the deposit was at 3/4. Unacceptable. Won't go back there. Will avoid u-haul in the future if the charge isn't removed.

U-Haul use to be cheaper then hiring a mover. it really not worth the effort to use them. I will not be using them ever again and do not. The pay for labor only companies the have on their site is expensive also. I do not recommend them. I could have hired a mover to do my job much cheaper and faster. I will not be using any of these ever again for a move.

Farhan SThe lock was broken and took us 45 minutes to get open. The UPS store is understaffed and poorly trained. When we finally were able to speak with the only staff member there she didn't care that the lock was broken and just put it back out.
