The UPS clerk was very professional and the check-in process went smoothly. The truck was in fairly good condition. We returned the truck after hours on the UPS app, which was a little time-consuming due to answering questions and taking pictures of the inside and outside of the truck. It was a fairly easy process though and we would recommend renting a U-Haul. The final cost is MUCH more than you are expected to believe when you first reserve the truck though.

Location was central and easy to get to. However, the equipment I had booked (furniture dolly) was not in the truck so I had to go into the store and ask them to provide it for me. Phone app also did not work for taking photos of the truck pre-rental.
