Over all the young man I talked to and helped with my rental was very pleasant person to deal with. I would go back if or when I need another rental. My only problem was withe the U-Haul web site. I am 78 and just found out I am not a real person. After 78 years it took a computer to to tell me. I can not pass the picture puzzle. So I went and got my wife to help and low and be hold she is not real ether. So I had to call the dealership to rent the trailer. As I said, he was a very pleasant young man and all went well.

JOHN AI was not left with any of the accessories I requested and there were none on sight for me to use. I had requested 6 furnature pads and a utility cart (I think that is what it was called?) I was charged anyways. I was also unable to load any picutures when I was trying to leave, I called for support and was sent a link that also didn't work. I returned the truck but again, was unable to laod any pictures except of fuel and mileage. But the truck drove, stopped and held furnature. It is what it is.
Jo Tthe agent was great, but he was off initially and so I tried the app and it was terrible! Never let me get to the point where I could pay and get the keys from a stand alone kiosk!
