This may be a U-Haul issue and not a Tiger Fuel Mart one. I called U-Haul about why my original return location was changed - as it was 5 min away vs. 35 min. U-Haul was very nice but ultimately referred me back to Tiger Fuel Mart. There was a great deal of confusion as to who I was and how to do that - and the rep told me to call U-Haul. This was more trouble than it was worth so I ended up literally driving past the one I originally signed up for and drove the additional 30 min to the location that I was â€œassignedâ€. Other than that, the entire process was seamless and the equipment worked perfectly.James P.
The guy that I worked with, Alex was extremely rude for no reason. As we returned the U-Haul he even tried to blame us for a rusted dent on the truck that had been already there. I don't mind taking responsibility for something but I know for a fact that we didn't hit or bump anything to cause a dent on the truck. Alex's attitude/sarcasm/customer service is why I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!Lydia J.

Upon arrival, this business location was extremely busy, so much so much so, to be honest I wasn't really sure I would have an excellent or positive experience at all. The wait was long. However, when Elliott arrived there was a TOTAL change. This guy is over the top in helpfulness and everything else!!! Awesome, very referable to anyone that asks me and I would not hesitate to use Elliotts' services again! Truly appreciate the above and beyond he did for me.KARL H.
The employee was very rude when I arrived to drop off the truck. He said I was two days early- no one informed me I HAD to keep the truck 3 days. He claimed he had no room at his very tiny gas station. I entirely understand his problem, but as the customer- this is not my problem. Perhaps he should not be a Uhaul dealer with no space? The plastic key chain on the key given to me was broken and he was upset about that. Very grumpy.Marcene G.
The U-haul website was down, so i could not do the mobile pick up. Then, I was on hold with customer service for about 20-30 minutes, while trying to get my truck key. I was very frustrated, but the man working at this location was great help to me and went out of his way when he noticed the trouble I was having. Great location. I had trouble returning my truck. The dealer would not return after 4pm, even though there were employees there working. The uhaul online process is terrible. The location service wouldn't work correctly with my iPhone. There should at least be a way to bypass that part and continue on. I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes for help. Not good at all.Paul F.

They need additional workers to assist with check-in/out. My time to pick up was for 7:00 a.m., yet I was not contacted hours later. Picked it up around 3:15 pm. This was inconvenient because we had planned for family and friends to help us move in the morning.Dominique J.

The UHaul staff in that gas station was unprofessional. They did not ask me if I want the insurance on the vehicle and they charged $16. They did not print the receipt or show me the agreement before putting the order in. They charged me for a gas that I did not use. I estimated the 10 mile but we did not go that far. But they charged $16 for fuel. My U-haul receipt is double my estimation (I move multiple times and never exerienced businesd dishonesty with U-haul to this extent.) I am very unhappy with the location staff and the way they run the business. I'd like to dispute my bill. The vehicle was great though.Anoosheh G.

I had requested a furniture dolly and hand truck. when I got there, they were not on my bill but i needed them. In addition, the UHaul website is average at best. it recommended moving companies that did not service the delivery address. it changes your pickup location and takes you to unsafe locations that i would have never picked. That did not happen this time, but has happened multiple times in the past.John M.

When a customer reserve in advance the truck should be there. I reserved a 26ft. I get there and they don't have. I had to get a smaller truck and make multiple trips. They made no concession for my inconvenience or the extra miles.MARCO G.

I reserved a trailer and appliance dolly at the U-Haul store on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge, LA, the day before I needed it using the website and Visa CC for the reservation. I drove there the next day (30 minute drive from home) and was informed by U-Haul rep. that I had been sent an update that morning via text to pick up trailer at a Neighborhood U-Haul store (gas station) that is only 10 minutes from y house. I doubled back to store and got the trailer but was informed that dolly was not available at that store but not to worry because they weren't going to charge me for it. Not wanting to return to corporate store on Airline Hwy. I then went to local Lowes and Home Depot stores to try to purchase one w/o luck (out of stock). I finally found one at a Harbor Freight 30 miles from my house. Anyway, I wasted 3-4 hours total getting the trailer and dolly that I thought had been reserved when I received confirmation of reservation from U-Haul the day before. This is second time that I have had U-Haul corporate stores goof up on a reservation in the last month., I reserved one a few weeks back in north Baton Rouge and after driving there was told that all computers in USA were down and I couldn't rent the trailer. Reservation system and work processes at stores are Mickey Mouse operation.Adrian V.
