My truck was towed away without my knowledge with valuables items such as motorcycle tvs and electronics in violation of.uha policy , in negligence if uha.dispatcjer and manager.and in violation of state law. I ordered an appliance dolly but when I picked up the truck it wasn't there. I had to go to Home Depot to rent one which caused me additional expense in mileage, gas, rental fees and lost time.Paul M.

The truck was filthy, inside, outside and the cargo area, I couldn't even see out the windshield barely, there were unfolded blankets strewn about the cargo area and the holder for the hand truck was broken leaving it to roll around the cargo area.James W.

The process is slow and not user friendly. Moving is stressful enough. Your process of renting the UHaul puts 100% of the work on me, the customer. I want the employees to be doing the work, and I pay them money. That's how it should work.David T.

The customer service from U-haul was very helpful however the location for pick up was very eery. The storage business that has the trucks for pick up seemed sketchy but what was more troubling were the people living inside the storage building. Upon arrival my partner and I sat outside the patio (business was closed) trying to figure out how to complete our reservation and get access to the keys. Meanwhile, the managers of Tiger Storage were peering at us from inside creepily and kept making their bald eagle statue squawk. It's obvious this bird is their form of security but we weren't doing anything suspicious, and were obviously just there to pick up a van. When returning the van the staring from the window started again as well as the old woman laughing and making her bird statue squawk at us again (super loud). The older woman even came outside, looked at us and said she hoped someone would steal the bag of used cat litter she was putting outside. A few minutes later she came out, stared at us and locked her car. Very uncomfortable, won't be returning to that site ever again for a rental.Xavier P.

When hired gas tank was three eight and when I returned gas was full. I was not refunded for the extra gas I put in.Lakhmi K.
U-HAUL placed a hold on my bank account and did not release it immediately so for days I have had two charges withdrawn. Not helpful at all when I called them, just saying wait and that it was the bank's fault. BewareLori C.

The Tiger self storage was fine. I was originally supposed to pick up my truck at Arden Audio, a place I thought unusual. I walk in at the appointed time to wade through a crowd of customers buying speakers, amps, and other stuff. I thought I was in the wrong place. Another woman and me were renting trucks. Hers was there but not checked out. Someone there said the truck I was supposed to pick up wasn't there because the last customer ran out of gas. I needed that truck today! I called customer service several times, was disconnected twice. Fortunately, a customer service rep was able to find me another truck at Tiger. That saved my day. I'd be very reluctant to go back to Arden Audio and I would not reccomend!dana S.

My experience with Uhaul was awful at first. I tried to use the 1-800# and was hung up on, told the closest location to me was 6 to 10 miles away. After talking to 7 operators over 2 days i was ready to go with another company no matter the cost. A friend convinced me to search on my own. This is when I found the wonderful staff at Tiger storage. The location was perfect, I told them about my experience and they sincerely apologized and did everything to make my experience better. My pick up and drop off was ez. I instantly they understood all the stresses moving causes. I cant say enough wonderful things about this location. Anyone in the 95826 and Bradshaw area check them out. They are wonderful. Thank you again to all the staff at Tiger storage. Suggestions improve your 1800# staff Uhaul including the 916 escalation team.Haley G.

The sales lady was very rude, took a two hour lunch she neglected to tell me about. I had to leave the keys in the door slot and hope she rang the bill up right. The email confirmation Uhaul sent was confusing. The phone number send in the email was not for the physical address you sent. When I called the number to confirm the guy worked for Uhaul but seemed irrated Saying Uhaul always made that mistake.Giovanni V.
