My original reservation for a truck was on N Academy Blvd. I got a call from one of your agents, the next day, saying there was no truck available at that site on that day. First off, why isn't reservations site relevant or correct? If Uhaul can't do what they say they will do (have the truck at the assigned place by the assigned time, seems like a racket. Because what ensued was me driving from Woodmen and Academy, where the truck was needed to the Galley location. This added not only time but gas to my already hectic day. So, my time, energy, and project were delayed because of UHaul not honoring the first reservation I made and then booking me into a location on the other side of town. Seems sketchy and scam based. I want a partial refund of 2 hours which you cost me.

I made reservations for a truck and auto transport several weeks in advance to be picked up at the U-Haul location two miles from my house. U-Haul changed the reservation so that I had to go to this location 14 miles away and to a different location to pick up the the auto transport. They also said that I would have to use the "truck share" feature to pick up the truck since my pickup time was 9am and the location didn't open until 10am on Sunday. Not wanting to go through the hassle of doing the truck share thing, I called to change my pickup time to 10am. Everything so far is on U-Haul and not specific to this location. However, when I got to this location at 9:50am there was a note on the door saying they would be closed on Saturday and Sunday, but that customers with reservations could use truck share to pick up their truck. Well, I tried that, and the app said my reservation was not authorized for truck share and listed a toll-free number to call for assistance. I called the number and got a message saying they were assisting others and that the wait time was about 20 minutes. I hung up and called the number I had for the local uhaul operations and they answered immediately. I explained the situation with truck share not working and they said the location should be open in a couple of minutes. Then I told them about the note on the door. Apparently the location didn't bother to tell uhaul operations that they were taking a couple of days off. Anyway, after a couple of minutes, the local operations were able to enable truck share so that I could go through the hassle of doing that and actually pick up my truck. The guy at the other location where I picked up the auto transport was great and I gave him a separate five-star review.

The inside of the cab was filthy. We spent an hour cleaning it for our trip. We returned it better than we found it.

Moving is so hard. These people helped the process go smoother. Ryan is patient and kind and Teresa, well she is just fantastic. Keep these people front and center whatever the cost. They represent your brand well which cannot be said of other locations. Thank you for this positive experience.

I had no idea that Drop off is at a towing company. I arrived, saw 2 tow truck drivers moving towing trucks. I went to the Uhaul door, it was locked even though the sign said open. The tow truck drivers did not acknowledge me, they saw me since I was parked right next to them and they moved the tow truck. I called the number I had for the Uhaul, spoke with someone, placed on hold. I saw one of the drivers speaking to someone on the phone as he was walking towards me. I asked him are you the one to help me he replied, yes “I was busy” I replied you could have acknowledged me, he then replied “you have to wait your turn”. Again, acknowledging me would have been nice, I had no idea that “I was in line”.

I had an amazing experience with U-Haul! This is by far the best and most friendly U-Haul location in town. The staff was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make the whole rental process quick and stress-free. The trucks were clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they treated me like family. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service and a smooth moving experience. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I called the day before pickup to confirm availability of truck and car dolly. When I showed up the next day the car dolly was not there for pickup, I then had to drive 45 miles round trip out of my way to pickup a car dolly before I was able to start loading. Improves- when a customer calls to confirm availability, if any doubt that the equipment won't be available for customer to pickup coordinate another option before hand.

I have rent the auto transport, the lady told me it would be $119.00 a day, I have for 3 days and the y charge me $777.25, which I am really surprised and won’t use U-haul in my life

They did not open on time and therefore there was a line. It took 40 minutes to get my uhaul. I left a review and the owner decided to put my full name address phone number and contract on his reply to my review. He continued to lie about what happend and even used an alternate account to leave a review mocking me.

I was extremely pleased with the rental experience. The equipment was in great shape and worked well, but more importantly, the customer service was absolutely superb. Ryan, in particular, the manager on duty went above and beyond to assist me in fitting the trailer to my vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d be happy to rent from this location again.

The location is small so wasn't clear where to park or drop off the van. The app worked inconsistently and wouldn't save any photos, so ultimately had to get assistance from the workers who were a great help but then the app kept tracking my location thinking I still had the van after I returned it.

Waited over 30 minutes to get help, guy had a bad attitude. Had to call the business while I was standing there waiting to ask him to come help me. Made me late to my job which includes supervising children. TPMS sensor was broken. Informed attendant who didn't care. Mysterious unexplained additional charges.

My 5x8 trailer had sticky dirt on the floor. When I asked to clean it, the gentleman said he could sweep it, but didnt help. Plus the trailer had no hitch lock and upon arriving damaged my merchandise. Alos there was no alternative trailer for me.

The agent spoke very fast. It was difficult to catch everything he was saying. I don’t think either one of us heard him say anything about taking a picture of the back of the truck before we left the lot. We didn’t know that until several hours later after we had loaded the truck And we’re on the highway, and I happen to check my email. Fortunately, everything was fine and it didn’t seem to be crucial on this particular transaction. Other than that, the pick up process seem to be very efficient.

I returned the truck which I used, before the time that I told ( 6 pm ) But i drop the truck in (5 :45 pm) before the time that I mentioned. But they charged me more than they told by putting the return time by their self .

Hard to get in and out of. When I dropped off the van, I am glad I own a jeep that I parked there as I had to go over a curb, squeeze through two uhaul trucks and over another curb. I feel sorry for the guys in the low car that were stuck probably for a while.

Fantastic experience with this rental. Their van is the largest one I've seen and the price was perfect. It was very easy to drive and very comfortable. The gentlemen I worked with were both very kind and informative. I would absolutely rent from here again.

I don’t know if it was hooked up right? I returned the equipment and my vehicle is now having issues it wasn’t before. I’m looking at $2,300 for new brakes front and back are toast.

I had emergency surgery during a move with all of my belonging in the uhaul, we called to communicate and he said don’t worry you can have until this date and just let us know if you need longer. I returned the uhaul and a guy took the keys outside because no one was working despite them being open. The next day they charged me an ADDITIONAL $500 and when I called to explain that we’d already talked to someone the man working said “well why would we give it to you for free?” And said he is the only one working there and he never talked to us. Which isn’t true because we have call history.

Truck pulled to one side (Right) Steering wheel was 15* off center. (Alignment issue) Additionally it seemed like rack and pinion needed major repair as steering was really bad. Going down the highway at 50mph there was significant play in the steering wheel before it would move. Then the actual wheel movement was exaggerate. Unsafe for most common or under experienced drivers.

Equipment was filthy, the truck was filthy inside and out. It literally looked like someone has spit on the dash display, the interior - including the windows were just disgusting. I picked it up in the rain and had to drive through a monsoon and the windshield wipers weren't just poor, they were completely deteriorated and beyond ineffective. Absolutely horrible experience.

I requested a van. They didn't have one and gave me a box truck instead nedessating me to go buy a padlock. The steering definitely had issues as it pulled left and right as I was driving. Not my best uhaul experience.

Had to wait an hour for the guy to move a truck out the way for us to have access to our uhaul. He wasn’t there. He was very rude. We were pretty upset and he handled it like we we were wrong. He told us to get out the office. Didn’t provide the dolly for moving furniture and looked like he was on drugs.

The cargo van was a delight to drive! It made navigating the streets of Denver much less stressful because of it's easy handling, various features and mirrors!!
