It was two customers at the location trying to utilize the mobile checkin. If the guy (U-HAUL Employee) was not there with his iPad we would have been out of luck. You should either recommend people come in and complete the paperwork in person or open from 8-10 on Saturday.WILLIAM T.

The check-in process was rough to say the least. We followed the prompts as directed by the instructions from the email but had issues with successfully checking in. I tried chatting with someone while my husband remained on hold for 10+ minutes. I would strongly recommend that after a reservation is made, the email states that the customer might want to create their account prior to picking up their rental. That would be a huge time saver.Martin P.

Instructions to pick up truck should be clearer and communicated better. No human contact with Covid makes servicing clients a larger challenge. If it wasn't for U Haul Area Field Manager, Maxwell Bennett I would not have been able to obtain the truck I reserved. Mr. Bennett is an asset to the U Haul organization in my opinion.Kathryn G.

In person pick up on Tuesday was uneventful with helpful, friendly staff. We tried to rent on a Sunday and neither the phone app or the internet browser app worked properly. we WASTED an hour trying to get a truck, talked to a service rep to no avail. I would NEVER rent via the UHaul app again and would not, could not recommend using the UHaul app.POLLY M.

The lady's network was down & she only had a faulty pin pad to process my payment. Suffice to say processing my payment was quite difficult & ate into my rental time...causing me to have to rush more with my move to get back in time... Get these people some better tech U-Haul. I booked my reservation online 2 days prior and the rep called me at about 730 AM.. the day after telling me that they wanted me to go to a different location to pick up a different truck. Eventually she decided to get the truck to the location I rented it from. She did not tell me that there was a whole online process for getting set up for the remote rental. I had to spend 15 minutes trying to figure out where to get the keys to the truck once i arrived. Then I never had received anything to being the process online I had to keep taking pictures of myself in the blazing sun multiple times while on the phone with a customer service rep for 40 minutes to then get transferred over to another rep for another 10 minutes all to rent a truck. The rep so graciously extended my reservation until 6 pm at no cost........ The cost was 100% the same when I selected a 2 hour window vs a 6 hour window AND I didn't need it for that long so it did me no good. In addition to this, I received a bill increasing the amount I was charged due to the gas levels which I believe to be inaccurate as the gas level was close to where it was when I had picked it up. Overall this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a UHAUL location. Thank you, AdamAdam M.

First of all she told me that she would work with me if I was over the hour that I should bring back the truck which was 5 p.m. on Sunday the 28th of June. So it was after 5 p.m. and I stopped at the gas station and I checked to see if it was if it needed any gasoline and it didn't when I got to the gas station it was saying. Specifically saw that the gas hand was on full. Today Monday the 29th she said it was 3/4 of a tank and she took extra money from me so I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I'm sorry but I just wouldn't recommend it thanks.REBECCA A.
