Customer service hung up and as i said annoying re the app, they hung up on us. Said good goodbye and hung up, but we were talking about the app check in process, not the agent

HOWARD TBetter Internet signal , took 30 mins. To get truck. Lock on lock box ad to tried numerous times to open. watced video anddid correctly but still numeerous times. carges for fuel wrong. carge 39 dollars for fuel and i put in 50 drove 105 miles / wat a joke .

JOSEPH HThe appliance dolly was not provided but I was charged for it. I have never been provided an invoice to sign in person nor virtually, however the invoice has my "electronic" signature on it which was clearly done illegally. Considering legal action against TKT Detailing.

DARREll BPick up location was good but was totally disappointed with service from U-Haul. Reserved truck one week ahead of time to pickup at station st Ajax but informed day before pickup to go port Perry 38 km away. Not good customer service. No time to make alternate arrangements. 1/2 star.

CATHERINE AWe have used this U-Haul location before. The customer service has been excellent each time. We will certainly continue to use this location as needed and recommend it to others.
JOHN MFriendly service and prepared when I came in. U Haul in general needs to invest in more car dolly's so I don't have so much troubles tracking one down in a big city. Glad I was able to get one at this location but I expected to be able to access one with more ease being a massive company as such.

Darrell BEnsure that the tires are inflated properly. Check the Vin for issues, ours was extremely noisy, this was not a good experience. Not sure if the seal is gone on the drivers door, but it sounded like a wind tunnel.
