The gentleman saw I was disabled and took my car keys and hooked up the trailer for me. All I had to do was drive away. Now that is an excellent example of customer service. THANK YOU!!Michael B.

This comment is for UHAUL, not the rental/drop off location. I searched really hard to find trailers. Luckily this location in Tamaqua had ONE. This is unacceptable! UHAUL you need to send more trailers to locations! Or send drivers to go pick them up and bring to locations all around. Because anymore, trying to find equipment, especially trailers has been extremely difficult. The staff at Tom's auto and Marine, are extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely rent from again, if there is something in stock I need. Thanks again to the friendly staff there! You guys (and ladies are great)!JOHN M.

I would recommend this location if I didn't live in Bethlehem!! I had to drive over an hour one way to pick up the trailer. The customer service for U-Haul that I tried to contact to have the location moved to a more reasonable place was terrible and useless. Immediately having the chat ended when reaching out online, to still having no response to my email, to waiting 30 minutes to talk on the phone to the 800 number with no solutions or compensation, VERY poor customer service. This is NOT a reflection of the Tamaqua location, they were the ONLY helpful people in this situation. They were excellent. This is a reflection of U-Haul corporate and its poor planning and customer service.Hannah M.
