When I arrived there was a sign on the door, ring bell for service. No one answered. I person came out and said to do everything on the phone. I called the 1 800 number and they said everything was good and take the trailer. Later that day I received a call that said I had the trailer illegally without a contract and if I didnt complete the contract I could be picked up by the police.I completed the contract but needless to say this is not how to treat customers.
