I will not authorize a late fee and additional coverage cost. I satisfied my written agreement. Your folks in your network of locations need to communicate more effectively.

Nicholas DaussisThe first location I picked to pick up a truck was in Barnesville, PA. I got there to pick up the truck. No one was there. We called and a guy showed up 10 mins later and was rude and nasty. He wasn’t even the guy who worked with the uhaul and he was no where to be found. Uhaul called and he said of course he is on-site and lied about what time we even got there. He tried to pick a fight and told us we were lucky we were even getting a f-ing truck at this point since we called and complained. Threatened to call the cops if we didn’t leave them because of the fact I was on the phone and even the girl on the phone was rude as I was asking about the $50. So we left and went to this uhaul place where the lady was excellent. She was extremely helpful and patient. We were on a time crunch to get to our new place and she took the time to get us out of there quickly.

Michael BarcusThis comment is for UHAUL, not the rental/drop off location. I searched really hard to find trailers. Luckily this location in Tamaqua had ONE. This is unacceptable! UHAUL you need to send more trailers to locations! Or send drivers to go pick them up and bring to locations all around. Because anymore, trying to find equipment, especially trailers has been extremely difficult. The staff at Tom's auto and Marine, are extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely rent from again, if there is something in stock I need. Thanks again to the friendly staff there! You guys (and ladies are great)!

Aaron ReinhardI would recommend this location if I didn’t live in Bethlehem!! I had to drive over an hour one way to pick up the trailer. The customer service for U-Haul that I tried to contact to have the location moved to a more reasonable place was terrible and useless. Immediately having the chat ended when reaching out online, to still having no response to my email, to waiting 30 minutes to talk on the phone to the 800 number with no solutions or compensation, VERY poor customer service. This is NOT a reflection of the Tamaqua location, they were the ONLY helpful people in this situation. They were excellent. This is a reflection of U-Haul corporate and its poor planning and customer service.
