Couldn't get in touch with anyone except for once, but wasn't much help. I don't completely blame them though. We were returning the truck after hours and the app didn't want to work. I was referred to call U-Haul so I did. I waited 50 minutes before giving up. I tried again the next day choosing the options to get in touch with the app help same, no answer. So I tried sales and got an answer in 2 minutes. Two areas of opportunity. Fix the app. Better customer service for current customers.GAVRIEL H.

She didn't know what to do with a trailer. She said it was different than trucks. She had a hard time getting someone on the phone to help her. After the third call she was able to get ahold of someone but that person didn't seem to know passwords either. The lady who helped me was very nice but just didn't seem to have been trained properly. It took me about a half hour to get checked out and I was the only customer there. Your rental equipment was fantastic. You guys have great equipment.TROY M.
i was charged $40 for moving pads that i never used. No idea what they are. Also, reserved 24 moving blankets....was given 12.Jayce H.
The vehicle was old and miserable to drive. I will never rent another one again. There were no supplies and the rep didn't know how to find out if they had supplies or how to do the check in and it took forever causing a delay which ultimately lead to me having to keep the U-Haul an additional day because I couldn't gain access to where I needed to move items.mAEGAN R.
