Had an appointment to pick up a trailer at 1313 Burlington Avenue at 5:15 no one ever came . Finally at about 5:45 l finally got ahold of someone in Saint Louis that changed my pickup site!!! Got there and the paperwork took along time!! The guy was friendly. My question is how did l have a pickup location that was closed!!🤔
