The guy who works this location was Amazing! Very friendly and helpful. He makes the process simple and hassle free. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to rent a u haul. In the future he will get my business again for sure.
Scott TI showed up aprox. 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment there was no one at the business lights off doors locked. I called multiple times called uhaul. Went to another location to try to get a trailer from a different location to only find out none where available. Finally Uhaul got ahold of the location. So I went back and waited for someone to arrive. By the time it was all said and done I was an hour behind instead of ahead of schedule. The location wasnt my choice as I had originally scheduled for a pickup 20 miles closer to my home. I will never rent from the Total Connections location again. I have rented from uhaul lots of times but this has definetly put a bad taste in my mouth
David BHad an appointment to pick up a trailer at 1313 Burlington Avenue at 5:15 no one ever came . Finally at about 5:45 l finally got ahold of someone in Saint Louis that changed my pickup site!!! Got there and the paperwork took along time!! The guy was friendly. My question is how did l have a pickup location that was closed!!🤔
