Pickup was great and the truck was clean and worked well. The only reason for the poor review is because I reserved a 15' truck and an auto transport several weeks in advance. The night before my reservation, U-Haul of Idaho called me and said they didn't have any 15' trucks or auto transports. I was very frustrated because I have two cars and needed to tow one of them behind the truck for a 12 hour drive. Fortunately a family member was able to help me out and drive our second car but U-Haul had no solutions for us. I don't understand the point of making a reservation weeks in advance to just be told the day before that there are no auto transports in the state. Very unreliable service.

There were issues with the booking paperwork and the individual who helped me worked dilligently to sort it out. I didn't realize I did not have a ball to hitch the equipment to, and he took the one off his personal vehicle and loaned it to me - going far above and beyond. Excellent customer service.
rebecca yOur pick up location got changed the day before and when we went to pick up the truck, one of the tires was a flat tire. It was not ready for us to leave right away. It hindered our plans and caused a delay, trying to figure things out. We ended up needing to call for the roadside service to get the tires changed.
