There were issues with the booking paperwork and the individual who helped me worked dilligently to sort it out. I didn't realize I did not have a ball to hitch the equipment to, and he took the one off his personal vehicle and loaned it to me - going far above and beyond. Excellent customer service.

Our pick up location got changed the day before and when we went to pick up the truck, one of the tires was a flat tire. It was not ready for us to leave right away. It hindered our plans and caused a delay, trying to figure things out. We ended up needing to call for the roadside service to get the tires changed.
