If you have a location to pick up , stick with your location , quit, jacking everybody around and making them go to different locations to pick up their u , haul because you guys don't have it available.

Nothing. The process was smooth and efficient, with the minor exception that the system did not accept the credit card which I had used to reserve the vehicle. Since that had never happened with any UHaul rental before, I dismissed it as a one-off.
Robert MI was provided with a truck whch had an empty tank. Fuled it and returned the same way i was haned to me. I get a $360 extra for the gas.
